The property rests on its own point, embraced by two beautiful sandy beaches where you can spend sun-drenched summer days or sit in the glow of the evening sun, listening to the gentle lapping of the waves. In winter, the lake falls silent under its magical cover of ice, inviting you to step straight onto Oulujärvi for a tranquil walk or an ice-fishing trip. The surrounding forest offers place for snowshoeing or gliding quietly on skis.
Inside the villa’s harmonious and elegant interior makes it a refined choice for those who appreciate quality. Large windows frame the forest and lake, letting light and nature flow into every moment. Villa Pine Point offers experiences for all lovers of the outdoors: take the rowboat out on the lake, try your luck fishing for trout nearby or gather by the lakeside cooking spot to prepare meals over an open fire – the perfect setting for evenings spent together.
From spring to autumn, the charming Villa Aalto summer cabin is also available. Carrying influences from both years spent in Lapland and the architectural spirit of Alvar Aalto, it adds a touch of history and character to the ensemble.

Location
